New(ish) office staff, 2 girls to be exact, have horrible attitudes. Talk to you in a very condescending voice. Belittle you if don't understand some thing they have said. Place you on hold while you are in mid conversation without even saying they are putting you on hold. Love my family doctor there and all the old staff members. But the new girls are not cut out to work with people. Either train them better or hire people who have better people skills and start trauma-informed approach training.
