Marisol Marine and Yacht

I have always found these guys to be reliable and thorough in boat maintenance. The store is very limited and expensive, but if you are at the Marina and need some parts they often will have what you need to get going. Hours are limited in winter.

Had quite a year with boat issues. Marisol always came to my rescue. Repaired my boat in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure I could get out on the water quickly. Excellent job all around.

I required a lift out for a survey and various upgrades and repairs to my 42’ Cruiser. I went to Lynnwood Marina because I heard Marisol Marine next to the yard had top notch Mechanics available and could provide various other supplies through their retail store without me having to drive all over town.Marisol staff were super knowledgeable, friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Rudy, the mechanic who worked on my boat was a genius and took time to make sure I understood the repair details. From what I saw it looked to me they handle everything from outboards and small runabouts to yachts. Very happy to get back in the water feeling like I hadn’t broken the bank.I would definitely return to Marisol. Big bonus was the ample free parking. Thanks Marisol !

The service is terrible, they can't even be bothered to call you about your repair.

A local North Shore company serving the marine community with integrity in their work, I couldn't be more satisfied with Marisol Marine as my go-to marine company of choice for my boats. Recently, they have undergone an ownership change and honestly, while that is normally a time of turmoil in a transition, Since Steven Rogers came on board, I can't say enough about how comfortable I feel, now continuing to bring my vintage boats to Marisol Marine. I've been boating for over 40 years and dealing with Marisol for over 15 years. They never steered me wrong and have given me over the phone advice on numerous occasions that has saved me from great expense. They are boat mechanical experts, not customer service experts. If you want to spend more and feel like you are treated really really well, I suggest going somewhere else, but if you want your boat fixed for a fair price AND under warrantee if there still is one, these are your guys. Boats are not like cars, and they are definitely not built like cars, so don't think that they can be fixed like cars.

I was very happy with the service Steven gave me but not particularly happy with the threat

Very poor customer service, they treat you like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I ordered 3 parts of which only 1 came in, didn't want to bother finding out where the other parts were. I will deal with other companies that want my business instead of these guys in the future, I would suggest you do the same. There are lots of marine companies that actually care about their customers but these guys are not one of them.Very bad.

I have had good experience here with getting parts and advice, etc.They are helpful if a bit grumpy but that's boating service.
