They came in right away the same day when I was having an emergency with my water heater. Talha was a great guy. He did a thorough job and replaced my tankless water heater the very next day. Very nice and great service at a very reasonable price. 10/10 recommend.

The worse decision I made linking up with Hawk. They sold me bad units. My AHU leaked 3 times and they were not able to fix it. Very dissatisfied with this company. Their service is poor.

I was very satisfied with Hawk's service from the start all the way through the process. They sent someone out to look at my house and old furnace and then quickly gave me a straight forward, easy to understand fair quote. No messing around or hard sell like certain other big companies that begin with E. The guys that came to install the new furnace were very capable and worked very hard to haul my big old furnace up my narrow Victorian basement stairs. I was most impressed that they managed to not scratch of dent any walls or floors and completely cleaned up everything before leaving plus the furnace worked perfectly right away. Finally Talha in the office took care of getting me all the rebates plus went the extra mile to get an additional refund from the company of my old furnace. On top of all this they also have a very fair payment plan if you need this service. I would highly recommend Hawk to anyone needing a new furnace, these smaller companies can be so much better than the big corporations that people go to by default.

Hawk Home Services recently installed a new tankless water heater in my home. The customer service was great, very responsive and easy to work with and schedule install. Technicians were very professional, they called before arriving and were early with all tools and equipment required. Job was done in less time than originally estimated and area left clean once completed. Hawk Home Services also handled everything required for returning old rental unit.

I was in urgent need of Heating repair and got in touch with Talha through a reference. From our 1st conversation I felt I was in good and professional hands. He managed to accomodatw my request provide me with his technician the same day, the technician Elijah was very nice and wellinformed about the unit he was working on. He diagnosed it right and saved me from spending a lot on the motor & board. The process of booking appointments and payments was so easy. I was very pleased and satisfied with the services Hawk Home Services rendered. Mr Masoud took his time to explain to me what is needed for my home in terms of air conditioning. He recommended to check on other company’s prices and work ethics.The technicians they send were amazing as well. Qais and Boknel were both polite, very good in what they do and they explain to me how they’ll work on it. They cleaned after they’re done. It’s like nobody worked in the premises.
