Excellent customer service. Dedicated and hardwork working management.Got a night table which got a bit damaged after 2 months. Emailed the sales person and the owner along with the sales person provided exceptional customer service and got me a new night table.Hatsoff to interior furnitures.I would highly recommend this store.

Loved the process of buying furniture here. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to find our perfect sectional. They put everything in a 3D view to help us visualize the space. I highly recommend stopping here for your furniture needs.

*Poor product quality!!After waiting 6 months to receive my bed, it was delivered DAMAGED, and it's still pending to be fixed since August,2022.The wooden panels which support the spring are super thin, and do not support a 130 pounds female. Not worth the money for the quality.The installation part was a disaster. The whole bed was installed incorrectly. Someone had to come and correct it, but they never fixed the side of the bed which is BROKEN, as well as the wooden panels.No discount was offered for the quality of the bed, for days I had to book off work to be home when they came in to fix the installation, plus we are still pending for someone to come fix the bed. ( See video below)I am frustrated and still pending for this issue to be fixed.

I ordered a table and six chairs for my dining room. A very helpful service prior to ordering and the delivery was very quick following my order with plenty of accurate info regarding date and time. The quality of the furniture is superb. Overall an excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you and I will definitely come back and recommend your furniture store to my family and friends.

First of all it took about half a year to receive the bed. When it arrived, the bed was broken in multiple places from day one. They took a long time to get back to me about fixing this, and when they serviced it, the bed broke right away again. They are still supposed to come and fix it and only after this review, they remembered to follow up on fixing it.To patch things up" in customer service department

Over 30 years of being homeowners and we have never experienced so many issues with our purchases. Elte, Decorium, Sklar Peppler etc not even one issue. At the showroom you are tempted by their beautiful set up and their sales rep skills. We purchased 5 pieces of good sized furniture. Pick up at the warehouse is when the issues started. Dimly lit and hasty wrapping prevented us from examining the damaged pieces thoroughly which we have never had to do with the above trusted companies. Upon unwrapping at home we discovered the obvious chips and the banged in corner on our white night stands. Now comes the defensive customer service. We let them know to which we were made to feel like it was our fault. My husband owns a building company, he knows how to handle fragile materials with care. After back and forth comments they finally sent someone over to fix the issues. Would have been BETTER customer service to have led with that! Then the two piece couches were NOT the same colour I’d ordered from the showroom samples. And before they post an unprofessional defensive reply to my post as they’ve done on many other reviews, yes they gave us a tiny sad refund. BUT nowhere close to compensating for either a new paint job or any new upholstery/decor that has to be purchased to now make the couch colour work. Disappointed to the max since I spent over a year looking for the perfect couches to fit our decor. Biggest mistake was not to read the reviews first, worst furniture shopping experience. Will NOT shop here nor recommend this showroom to anyone. Here’s hoping their reply is with care and class and considerate of people’s hard earned money spent with disappointing results.

Terrible customer service. Don’t deal with this company! We ordered a couch and was told it could take up to 4 months max, but arrived 6 months after order. When we finally unpacked the order, the corner unit was damaged. Dirty on the corners but most importantly the colour did not match. I realize that velvet is tricky if it’s not cut on the same nap, but the manufacturer should of seen this when making this as it is very noticeable, Gabriella told me there was nothing to do about this and had pictures to prove it was in perfect condition at the factory. I asked to see the pictures, but she said she would not show me, and that it probably happened during shipping as we had it picked up. After spending a lot of money on this couch, I demanded the manufacturer correct this colour problem, and she said the best they could do was to bring it back at my expense (we live 4 hours away) and they would change one panel. Terrible! Stay AWAY!

I was surprised at how stress-free buying a furniture was when I walked into Interiors Furniture Galleries in Concord. The staff were extremely helpful, not pushy and just very informative and personable. I prefer not to be followed around and pressured when trying to make a decision. The staff gave just the right amount of attention. The delivery of my furniture was also on time with constant updates being text/emailed to me regarding arrival time. Delivery staff were efficient and friendly and I was so satisfied with the quality of my furniture.I will definitely shop here again.I highly recommend this store to everyone.Thank you again Interiors Furniture Galleries for your great service and high quality furniture.
