horrible service! paid $400 for someone coming to my place without any tools and just looking at the leaky problem and telling me what I need to buy. I asked if he could please fix the problem and he just told me he couldn't because he did not have the parts. Took 15mins and he handed me the bill.. what the hell is that!?

Si vous faites un très bon salaire et ne savez pas quoi faire de votre argent, appelez ce plombier. Il fait du bon travail, mais son système de facturation ne fait aucun bon sens, il charge beaucoup trop cher. Ex: il a dû couper un carré de 1’x1’ dans le gypse pour avoir accès aux tuyaux. J’ai été chargé 29$ pour « frais d’utilisation lame outil oscillant ». Sérieux? Y en a plein comme ça sur ma facture de 2200$.
