Please avoid this place by any means necessary. I tried to get Invisalign through them. They gave me the run around for four months!! I was on a payment plan which they charged me every month, every month! Every month they tell me they’ve ordered my trays but never do. It only takes 2 weeks to receive your trays. Last month was the last straw, they told me they’ve ordered the trays and still nothing. Dr. Caroline always sending Sophie or someone else to lie for her and she never helps. I suspect they’re both racists because I’m the only one having this issue. To make matters even worse than before I told them to remove the Invisalign charges and they said I have to pay it even if I didn’t get a follow up consultation or received my Invisalign, now does that sound fair? They’re liars, cheaters, don’t keep up with what’s going on and just flat out don’t care. I’m done with this place and taking my business elsewhere.

Dr Nathalie Trinh is the best dentist I've ever had. The hygienist got cleaning done quick and painlessly. All of the staff are very caring and there is 0 judgement; I always leave feeling happy even when I don't floss.
