My Infiniti fx35 2009 needed an urgent rear subframe change due to rust. It's a common thing with Infiniti's. I called Doctor Ali, the specialist in Infiniti, he told me he's very busy and this is a big job to do. He still managed to take my fx35 to get job done in the coming weeks. He was very transparent and told me what might have to be changed in case of problems when removing my old rusted subframe. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help me out. I also bought a Q50 hybrid from Ali two years ago, I still own it today and very happy with it. Occasionally when I need parts I usually find them at Optik Auto at an affordable price. Check them out if you need Infiniti parts or need to purchase an Infiniti. Ask for Ali you won’t be disappointed.

Honnestly, couldn't ask for a better experience while purchasing a car. Ali was very friendly and accomodated me and my peers very well. From great and honest price, great conversations and customer service, he explained me everything on paper, I give it a 10/10.
