Just picked up my 2023 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid, and I couldn't be happier! Going in to Hyundai, I thought I was firmly set on the new IONIQ 5 - having had a 2019 IONIQ Plug-In Hybrid, I loved the Plug-In feature and wanted that with the new SUV model. Obviously I came to learn that the IONIQ 5 was completely electric (not ready for that yet), and had a 2 year wait list to boot! Chris and Sam both helped guide me through finding the perfect car for my needs as a busy mother of 2. I was so pleasantly surprised when my car miraculously came in the first week of December - roughly 2 weeks after I put my deposit in for the supposed year-long waitlist. I know that was a very lucky bit of timing, but I still am BEAMING because Christmas came early for this working mother!! Definitely let Airport Hyundai help make your own Christmas miracle come true.Thanks again, guys!

Service dept is awful. We had issues with wind problems on driver's side door since we bought our 2020 Hyundai Palaside. We kept on mentioning it at our service calls and they advised it was a known issue and that there were awaiting parts. Fast forward to Feb/2023...three years later still not fixed. So finally they said they would order parts and call us.....we called them in May/2023 asking for an update, service rep advises they are waiting on one part and assured me he would call me the following week. Three weeks later I have to call and after being put on hold for awhile, he confirms that parts are in. We then TRY to book an appointment with service dept. Voice mail advises they are busy and will call us back by end of day. I follow up in the evening and spoke to Alice, (very nice) she advised that she would send them an email and request we received a call to confirm appointment. It is now the next day and still no call back from service dept. It's the end of the day and service dept is closed and I happen to get Alice again, she is also upset that they still didn't call. If you don't have to service your vehicle at this location, run to another dealership, it's not worth the hassle dealing them.

Awful. This is the second Hyundai I've been to about my car, that I only bought 7 months ago. The man that was helping me said that my calipers and rotors were completely rusted and were needing to be replaced and it wasn't covered under my extended warranty. I told him I wanted to take it to the Hyundai I bought it from and ended up taking it to a mechanic i can TRUST. and they said there was nothing wrong with my brakes. There was a lose plate that was making a rattling sound. And on top of it. We NEVER talked about a spring service package" the entire time I was there and ended up doing it without my consent??? Which I had to pay for... 200 dollars later to find out my car was fine. I would never recommend this Hyundai for service. Awful experience."

I've had two of the most horrible interactions with this dealership. The first was when I ordered a part. I never got a call when it came in. Finally after calling numerous times many weeks later I kept getting told there was no order. I had the order paper in hand with the order number. Finally I went in and yes they found my order and the part was there but it was the wrong part! I gave up and went through another dealership in Hamilton. Then the next interaction involved me having my 2021 (1.5 yr old car) tuscon towed there. It had gone into limp mode on the 401. I have an extended warranty which means I get a rental while the car is in the shop. Well they said they couldn't even look at it for 2-3 weeks and that I couldn't get a rental until it was diagnosed. I said that's ridiculous. Why by the warranty with guaranteed car rental replacement if I am left without a car for 2-3 weeks. They said they were booked up and wouldn't bump anyone else and that somehow I was being rude for suggesting that. I said I paid for this coverage and so I should get covered, not go 2-3 weeks without a car. Anyway the warranty manager actually hung up on me. So I called my dealership in Burlington and they said that's ridiculous and to have the car towed there. So I had CAA come back and tow it there. And they had it looked at and fixed the next day.

NEVER purchase a vehicle here - I had purchased a 2016 Q50 Redsport from this dealership, they had explained it had no issues all was well with the vehicle. Two weeks in, serpentine belt snaps, two pulleys as well as the AC compressor all damaged, they covered this thankfully as it was under the 30 day warranty, but this is when the real problems were discovered.The car was serviced for said issues with serpentine belt, I had gotten the vehicle back and engine light continued to stay on. I took the vehicle in to the Nissan dealership, where they explained that both of my turbos are leaking and need replacement! Approximately a $9,000 repair, I contacted the dealership where I spoke to Andrew and Genthi, both of which promised to help me out, but first they wanted to inspect the car!After weeks of waiting with no answers and constantly calling and emailing with no replies, they explained it was the map sensor" that needed replacement. They "replaced" the map sensor
