I’ve spent the majority of my life struggling with my body and eating habits. I developed my eating disorder when I was 10 years old and for the last 22 years I have gone in and out of recovery, always finding my way back to the eating disorder because in my mind NOTHING WORKED. That is until I met Anne and began working with her team at Muscle and Mindset. To have a team that truly has my best interest at heart; who supports me and holds me accountable for my actions is what changed the game for me. I am 215 days in recovery. I have hit this milestone in the past, but for the first time in my life, I am comfortable at 215 days. I am happy at 215 days and I owe so much of that to the work I have done with Anne, Kerysten and Shadi. Having lived a long life of isolation, these three incredible people have not only helped me learn my dietary needs and habits to change, and given me exercise plans, but they have given me three people I can trust in my journey to always help push me, but also validate the difficulties I face. I approach each day with a positive mindset because Anne has taught me that all it takes is a shift of mindset. Even though I will continue on my journey with them and I have no idea what tomorrow will bring, I will be eternally grateful for Anne, Kerysten and Shadi for their support, their attention to my needs, their knowledge they bring to each session and the love they bring to not just my program, but everyone who joins Muscle and Mindset.

I cannot say enough good things about Anne Jones Coaching. I started this program looking to lose a few pounds and get help building a routine, but when i finished the program I purchased 4 months more because I knew I wasn’t finished! I am walking away a whole new woman. Anne and her team have such a beautiful, none judgmental approach to wellness, mindset, nutrition and fitness. They coach you beyond fitness and nutrition, and what I found sets them apart from the rest is they all truly CARE! They take the time to listen, and understand your personal barriers and help you manage how to navigate them so you feel successful.

I would recommend Anne and her program to anyone looking for more support and coaching with fitness. I am quite experienced in the exercise world, but when I worked with Anne I still learned many valuable skills and ways to address barriers. Was unlike any other personal trainer I have met, even with it being virtual! Just finished 100 strength training workouts!!! I have always been active, with varying levels of fitness, but I have never achieved the strength and the sculpting I am seeing now under the guidance of Muscle + Mindset coaches. I was never able to do this on my own. Can’t wait to see my body after 200 workouts!

I’m so thrilled to have found Muscles & Mindset and that Anne saw potential in me!I’ve struggled my whole life with needing immediate results and going through phases of weight gain and loss, giving up / backtracking every month or so, which has resulted in a steady uptick in my weight for years. Muscles & Mindset has jolted me out of that negative headspace that burdens so many of us and is helping to deprogram diet culture from my brain.The true, in my bones, understanding that healthy living takes time and won’t be a perfect road has changed my life for the better. Knowing I can eat whatever I want and that five minutes of movement once a week is better than none has ultimately led to shedding 15 pounds and 1.5 inches off so far and the confidence that I will hit my goal at a healthy pace, never feeling deprived. The fact that I’ve gone four months without yo-yoing back is unheard of for me and I’m so excited to see where I am another four months from now!I’ve found workouts I love, healthy recipes I love, methods for organization and productively, habits that enrich me, which I actually keep, and invaluable tools for my mental health that help whenever I reach a roadblock or am having a hard time motivating myself.The actual humans coaching us face to face and in real time through the app makes a wild difference as well. I’ve tried what feels like every diet and fitness app on the planet and nothing has actually worked until now because there are actual living breathing people in my corner, supporting me and keeping me accountable.Plus the fitness feature where you just press start and it walks you everything timed out is a GAME CHANGER.I can’t recommend this program enough if you’re the type of person looking for real, long lasting change physically and mentally, instead of a restrictive quick fix where you gain all the weight back eventually. Excited to continue!

I worked with Anne for 6 months and learned so much. I improved my fitness ability, but better than that, I learned about what motivates me or deflates me with more than just my physical health. I would highly recommend Anne's program to everyone! Even if you are already fit or don't need" to drop weight/inches etc. The Mindset portion of Anne's program is fantastic and beneficial to anyone

I was looking for some help to get back on track with my eating and exercise habits when I found the Muscles & Mindset program. My main struggles were consistency and accountability. I have never found success with fad diets or shame-based exercise approaches, which seem to be the status quo of the diet industry. With so much conflicting information about diet and fitness, I wanted help sorting out what would work best to create habits that served my physical health.What I got out of this program was much more. The Muscles & Mindset program focuses on your physical health and helps you be kinder to yourself. Looking at limiting language and beliefs about myself, my body, and food helped me learn to change how I felt about eating and exercising. It helped me hold myself accountable and appreciate my victories. The growth I have experienced in this program has been immeasurable.Anne and her team do much to create a safe and welcoming environment for those participating in the Muscles & Mindset program. This team works to support you to reach your goals no matter what barriers you may have and gives you a community of like-minded people to share your victories and setbacks. I signed up for the 12-week M+M program to improve my posture, restore my core after two babies, and develop an at-home fitness habit. My expectations were met 100% with thoughtful, progressive workouts that yielded results after the first month.The extra benefit — and what I didn’t know I needed — is the community focus of the program. The weekly check-ins, goal setting and group coaching calls kept me feeling motivated and accountable, but most importantly taught me to create space for my own self-care, something I had not been prioritizing.After 12 weeks I am standing straighter, feeling stronger, looking more toned and working out 3x a week — something I have never done in my life.The program Anne has created offers so much value and it’s clear that she deeply cares about her clients and is committed to helping them empower themselves to live better lives. I’m excited to begin my next 12 weeks in the program!
