Very nice little shop. Always go here for watch repairs and battery changes. The service is excellent, high quality and professional. The owner is also a very nice guy who has a passion for clocks and watches and is very knowledgeable. You can be sure he will take good care of your items.

Bought a Kit Cat Clock from this store which when I took to my home in Calgary, AB and opened found was defective and didn't work. I phoned the store and spoke with the owner - shipped it out and had it fixed and back in Calgary in 3 weeks no questions asked. Great service!

Unique shop with great variety. All high quality. Owner is fantastic, very helpful. Seems out of place in this mall, but worth the trip.

Very honest and knowledgeable owner. The only place where I buy watches. They have good prices on Swiss made automatic watches. Great service. You might have to wait if someone is already there because there’s only one person manning the store, but that’s ok. I usually come back in 5 to 10 minutes. They have beautiful clocks, I would buy it there if I was in the market for one.

Not satisfied with the technical service and customer service skills are even more poor. The man dealt with had a very high temper and aggressive in his voice. I was there just for a repair. I would suggest people to go opposite to this shop to Arain for watch repair and battery replacement they give better deal and service. A big difference honestly. I am not favoring the other shop but they do have a much better service and better pricing.

My husband just loves this place. Any issues with clocks. This guy is a clock doctor. I bought a Lorus watch. Its really nice.Go see all the clocks. Alot to choose from.

Love this cute little shop and the owner who serviced my watch. Not overpriced for watch repair and no attitude! Great service and personality not to mention the selection of old and modern wall and standing clocks they have on display. A should see!
