I'm with Chatr since 2016 and I almost switched to another provider. Most staff in Toronto don't know what they're doing. But Nicole is the best I've ever seen, she's very patient, clearly explained each plan, and followed up twice on the same day to see if the new plan worked well.

Came here to get short term service for my family, while ended up switching my provider with the cheap and worry-free plans. Staff here are so nice that helped me set up all things on my phone. They are professional and nice.

I do not use chatr Mobile. I go to Crystal Mall to buy stuffs. According to winds of words, chatr Mobile is inexpensive but the transmittion is behind Bell, Roger's.

The staff are working in Chatr Booth beside Chapter in Metrotown are very rude. I went there to move from Bell to Chatr, the staff there forced me to buy Fido. They started to say why Chate, Chatr is a very bad service and slow. I tried to tell them many times that I want Chatr not Fide, one of them get really rude and start saying bad words. I will give his name if someone from Chatr contact me. It was wried experience and confused me. How come they sale Chatr and that say is a bad services!!! I eneded up moved with Telus.
