I just find it irresponsible to keep the library closed for so many monthsWhy would it not have been possible to keep a skeletal staff and have people order and pick up books or dvds at the door as so many stores didI think it’s really very inconsiderate not to make the life of people who were locked in their homes more pleasurable by offering to take out something to read and be entertainedIt doesn’t make any sense to me to have your doors closed when people had so much time to read ( while government owned liquor and marijuana stores were open!!!!)

I used to go to the Westmount library to work, which is a very nice library, but I switched to this one because:- parking around here is generally free- there are fewer people and distractions- climate control is steady and on-point- there’s a simple and inexpensive coffee shop/cafeteria in the lobby steps away from the library- staff and environment is warm and familial- floor-to-ceiling windows provide a pretty and pleasant view (see pic)- a big park is on the kitty corner when I want to walk and have a little picnic lunchI’m impressed!!It has become my new go to.

I went the there with my girlfriend a couple of months ago just to check it out and they were selling some books. We were able to buy some really cheap used books and the staff and the volunteers were really nice. I even had the opportunity to chat with one of the volunteers about the mameloshn as well as some of the books I wanted to buy.

Good place for kids to play, but it closes too early, besides it needs to pay 18$ to borrow books

Very nice library that welcomes anyone who wants a quiet place to read, write, study. I particularly like the room with individual wood desks with power outlets.

Excellent! Clean wide and large open to the small number OF visitors it receives daily. Plenty of activities on the side line. Check the calendar. Limited computer and printing facilities. An oasis for children books.as for grown ups discounted price bookS always on the racks. Worth a short drop in whenever you are in the proximity of the library! An excellent director currently runs the place!
