Excellent experience. Unlike other companies that were slow to provide quotes, unprofessional, or missed the little details we had requested, Charleigh was meticulous, friendly and very easy to talk to. She helped us work within our budget and made us feel very comfortable proceeding with our new deck. Matt is amazingly skilled and also friendly, ensuring the job was done in a timely manner but also done flawlessly. Would happily recommend HDD to anyone!

Amazing team. Charleigh was very responsive and came out to provide an onsite quote. She offered ideas and suggestions to help keep within the budget.Matt constructed the deck and he was very knowledgeable, very quick and excellent workmanship. He was tidy and cleaned up as he went along. He answered questions as the project progressed and even finished ahead of schedule!

Our deck was recently replaced by Hickory Dickory Decks, Ancaster / Binbrook. Starting from our first encounter with Chareigh to the deck's completion with Matt we were very impressed. We signed the contract in late Oct. 2022 and were told the build would take place in the spring. Well, the Deck was completed by April 24th, 2023, and on budget. I was home for the removal of the old deck and construction of the new composite deck so I could watch the progress. I was impressed with the step-by-step construction and the detail put into the project from start to finish. Matt was happy to explain all the steps of the construction to me and the reasoning behind them. Matt also takes pride in his work. Chareigh kept me informed at all times as to when the project would start as well as when Supplies would be delivered to when Matt would be at our house working.Overall we could not be more pleased with our choice of Hickory Dickory Decks for our project.Rick, Ancaster '23
