Alright, it took me longer than I'd like to admit to find the place. It is not Part & Parcel, which is unfortunate naming and location. It's the print shop up towards the intersection. There is parking in the rear, though it's not very clearly indicated. Best to use that If you have a large parcel or If you can't find parking in front. Which, since the street in front is quite busy, there is a good chance you won't be able to park. There is a sign out front, but it's easy to miss, given how busy both the intersection is and how many signs are in the window.
