While I was charging my car I decided to go inside the arena to see what it looked like. It is a clean well-maintained Arena while I was there I also had a chance to have a bite to eat at the snack bar. Prices are reasonable and generous with their portions.

I give it a 5 because my experience was good, plenty of parking, a safe environment for the kids as one was part of a hockey school. The instructors made sure the kids were polite and aware of the people in attendance. Very respectful and positive experience.

We had recently rented the Shaheen Room at the Essex Arena for our son's birthday party. The facility was extremely clean, the room is nice and bright and has washrooms located within the room so kids aren't wandering off into the hallways. It also has a kitchenette attached to the room as well which is very handy. The staff were amazing during our time there. They were extremely helpful and very courteous.

Great spot to watch a hockey game. No bad seats. Good seating but old style benches. Fun environment. Licensed so can have a drink at the game. Staff were welcoming. Restroom was small but clean. Concession stand open for duration with basic offerings but good quality.

Good arena. Has what you need. Large parking lot. Love the new tennis courts there . Splash pad is clean. Great spot to hangout and view sports events
