My boiler was due for replacement in the upcoming spring but those timelines were expedited unexpectedly. Tracey was able to connect me with Nathaniel, who walked me through several options until we decided what was best for my home. Nathaniel, Mark, Jane and Daniel came on time every day, with a smile on their faces, to start working. Nathaniel did an overview of what we had previously discussed and outlined what to expect over the next four days. The Hoerner team provided clear and constant communication which is very important for a job like this. We received excellent personable service from Nick and his team when we needed to have our under floor basement drains replaced as they were blocked by tree roots. The technicians were personable, respectful and explained their progress each day so we knew what to expect. Hoerner has provided boiler replacement services in the past. We would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing requirements in future.

We recently had to replace the pipes at the front of our house and used Hoerner Plumbing. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were professional, reasonably priced, quick and helped to get us a rebate for a backwater valve.

Hoerner responded very quickly to my Sewer Back Up issue. Once I called a team of professionals were dispatched quickly. And due to their fast response and service, the issue was fixed immediately. I woke up to water on my kitchen floor and the basement at 4 am today and needed immediate help. Mark Henein arrived at 7:30 am and everything was restored by 10:30. Thank you Mark, thank you Hoerner's! You did a great job and promptly.

Nick from Hoerner did a great job fixing our tankless hot water heater. He was able to quickly identify the problem and get us hot water again. Would highly recommend!

I had Lance come and unclog my kitchen sink, extremely nice and personable young guy. Clearly knew what he was doing and answered all my questions honestly and to the best of his ability. This is the second time I've hired them for a small job and they do an amazing job every time. They also charge for the service rather than hourly which I think is a business model that should be adapted more. Highly recommend.

We contacted Hoerner to help us with a broken tankless water heater, and they were absolutely amazing. Even though they were fully booked, they put us on their emergency contact list and fit us in the next day. The guy who came (Mark) was lovely, helpful in explaining the issues, and resolved it within the hour. Will definitely use them again!

Nick and Cole were absolutely amazing. Professional, extremely courteous and kind, and obviously very good at what they do.
