The worst company ever. I had one international shipment, they never cleared the customs no matter even the correct documentation is provided and they have no customer service and no one to talk to

Nightmare. Zero ability to contact customer support. They ask for duty payments but give zero way of actually paying it. Customer service forms and website do not work. They've had my parcel for 10 days as I try to get someone, anyone to simply tell me how to pay the import duty so I can receive my package.Hours wasted and still no answer. I have never entered such a ridiculous shipping company.

Poor service, may I know if I paid for my package to be sent to Canada why the person who receive it need to pay more ? They will say custom fee and refuse to provide an invoice, big scam

I ordered my parcel from Amazon through Aramex company but I didn't receive my parcel yet. The last date of receiving the parcel was the 7th of March but I did not receive it yet. Where is my parcel??? It's important my parcel but this company does not deserve the rate of star one.

I recently used Aramex to send a package as a gift for my sister and the tracking showed that it was stuck in Mississauga, Canada for 12 days. I tried calling them multiple times but no one ever answered the phone and their online messaging service wasn't working either. It's clear that they don't care about their customers or providing quality services, so I would highly recommend avoiding Aramex at all costs - they are nothing more than a big scam.

Extremely poor service. I received a wrong shipment, and I couldn't reach the company by phone to claim my shipment. The website is neither friendly to use. They have a decor telephone number that no-one respond to. I don't recommend Aramex at all.After more than two months, I couldn’t get my shipment and Aramex Egypt didn’t pay any compensation to the sender. They kept telling lies to the sender until now. An irresistible company.

Very bad experience, the shipment left Saudi Arabia in March 19 2023 and until now ( 13 April ) I didn't receive it in Canada, when I track it gives me message Delivery Unsuccessful"

scam company. Do not ship with them by any means. They’ve been holding my package at a location in my city for no reason, just never delivered. Emailed, they said they’d look into it, no response. DM’d on twitter, said they’d look into it, no response. I will never order anything from a company shipping with them again. No customer service, contact form on their website doesn’t work, no one answers the phones or gets back to you via email.

Horrible! Used the wrong address and was a nightmare contacting to change. Never changed address and continued to say it was delivered when it wasnt. They had me pay duties as well and then now say its returned. I would never ship anything with this company.
