Whenever I go to this location, the staff are always pleasant, friendly, and (sometimes) even silly! They keep a positive environment almost as soon as you enter. Sometimes, the odd time, someone isn't having a great day and it can make the experience closer to normal" fast food experiences. The ice cream is consistent with portion sizes and topping levels. Some DQs it can depend on who is working so you sometimes will get less or more. This location can be really busy

If you want an amazing DQ cake design, this is by far the best place to go in the city. I gave them the following instructions and they came back with this beauty that made my daughter so happy:“She is really into reading, especially about history, animals and pirates. So I am on keto so I normally don't get a bun for my burger... I ask for 2 pieces of the grill chicken not knowing it was going to come out to 17 for 2 thin slices of chicken breast. But I could get a triple hamburger for 10.. I had went in and told them I felt like I was over charged as I have checked my reciept after eating it. She had said know the price is right you got 2 chicken burgers but when you look at the price of meats for restaurants chicken is alot cheaper them beef. Wasn't impressed, and I come her often...

I ordered a dq cake and was amazed with the creative artwork on the top and the overall appearance of the cake. I made a last minute request to have a mountain and a skier added to the top of the cake and the staff went out of their way to add the design. 12/10 would recommend getting your personalized ice cream cakes from the Montgomery location, they clearly have a cake artist working there!

A good Dairy Queen in Bowness, across from Shouldice Park.Excellent location and the Banana Strawberry Smoothies are the perfect antidote to this hot weather!The staff are fresh, new and enthusiastic about learning their jobs! It is great to see the younger generation getting out to earn a buck.It is too bad that there is no Drive thru here. Located next to the highway it would be great if they had one.

Stopped to get out of a storm. Tried the new raspberry fudge blizzard. So good! Staff super friendly and helpful. Writing this review to commend the location for their constant cleaning and sanitation. They were not busy but kept busy keeping everything super clean. Thank you.

Incredible!! Went in with $4.25 and the normal cheeseburger was around $4.65. I needed to get rid of my change and was going to pay the rest by a prepaid credit card. I was worried I did not have enough on my card to be honest. The lady just smiled and said it was fine, and just took my change, saving me from having to pull out and see if I had enough on my charge card. I had never received this kind of kindness in any fast food restaurant in my life lol! I know it was only 40 cents but still, a lot of restaurants and fast food chains can learn something. They may have lost 40 cents, but gained a happy customer! Thank you :)
