I had the pleasure of having Greg Joy (sales) and Frank Decesare (financing) assist me in the lease of a new vehicle. Greg was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was looking at and at no point did I ever feel like there were any pushy sales tactics happening.I am especially impressed with the level of customer service I received. Even when Greg was on vacation (pretending to be a pro golfer!) he still responded to my texts! With that being said, I am most impressed with the service after the sale was completed. I have dealt with many high end companies and find that more often than not, they are nice as pie until they get your money and should you have any issues after it’s like pulling teeth - but not at this dealership! I’ve had a couple smaller issues with the vehicle (nothing is ever perfect!) and Greg has been nothing short of amazing with how things are handled. I would highly recommend this dealership should you be in the market for a vehicle.

I had some bodywork done on my car which was done very, very well and on time. Karl the manager at the Fix Auto body shop was fantastic. He treated me really well and provided excellent service explaining what required to be done and gave me a full estimate of the cost before any work was begun. Karl went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. The interior of my car was also cleaned which I appreciated very much. This is without a doubt the best experience that I’ve had at any dealership. I commend Karl and his crew for their workmanship. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you Karl.

After about a year of knowing I needed a new car, I contacted Joe Naccarato at Boyer about a Cadillac SUV. I did't know what I wanted exactly but he went through all of my options in detail and most importantly broke down the cost on each option. I ended up with a BEAUTIFUL XT6 and absolutely love it! Joe made sure to explain all the bells and whistles as well as help me set everything to my preferences. He also helped me get the best value for my trade in! It was a truly seamless, fast and painless experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away! Buying a car is stressful and Joe took that stress away and made it fun! I highly recommend Boyer and if you do go there, be sure to ask for Joe!

Great on selling a cars to someone but not so much with promises. When we bought our cadillac the car was dirty (which they fixed) but our rims where scuffed bad, Massager in driver seat was broke and onstar never worked. We dropped it off to have these issues fixed, one week later (no rental vehicle even with warranty) they only did an oil change, clean and fixed 2 out of the 4 rims. (A Days worth of work )

I was recently in the market for a smaller car to commute to work in and found the car (not a GM brand) at Michael Boyer Chevrolet Cadillac Buick. When I went in I was greeted by a salesman named Joe. Joe was super personable, not pushy in any way as some people may have experienced with car salesmen in the past, and super professional. Joe was such a hekp in making it happen with me getting my car that 100% I will be doing business with him in the future in addition to sending referrals. Having worked in sales and management most of my life, Joe really spoke to excellent customer service and brand representation on all levels. Really nice dealership with friendly staff who are quite helpful. Service department was great and they do quality work. They make sure it's right and if there is an issue they address it and make it right. I've had no problems with this place and that is very reassuring compared to other dealerships I've bought from.
