Bought window blinds. Had to get them cut & the cut was very sloppy. I brought back & was told that the measurement was ok so therefore she deemed the cut to be ok. I showed her how poor it looked with the cap on & she cut another blind. When i got the blind installed at home I noticed that this cut was also poor. It looks to me like the cutting rig needs a new or sharpened blade.

Watched the STORE MANAGER publicly berate an employee - seems like a big red flag for anyone working there to stay away or get out while they can. I know I'm certainly going to be shopping elsewhere, because there's no reason to support a company that allows their employees to be abused by their employers. Disgusting.And no, I don't want to email you or tweet at you about it. Fix your disgusting work culture.

I don't feel welcome when I shop here, im visibly Indigenous. Security constantly following me around. Can't seem to find employee to help at the paint area. They always need to request them. Complained to customer service about it and it fell on deaf ears. Will be going to Chimos from now on and dulux paints, better customer service and cheaper paint if you are a chamber member.

I was looking at BBQs last night, and ended up being helped by Brian, who was very helpful in answering my questions. He and another employee even helped me take my BBQ out to my truck and into the back since it is too heavy for one person to lift and I was alone. I am really happy with this transaction because I had just left another place where I was trying to buy the same BBQ, but they could not get it out for me at that time or help me that evening. I already got this assembled and cooked dinner on it this evening. I asked for his name so I know who to look for if I return, so Thank you Mr. Brian Phillips, I know who to ask for at Home Depot if I need something next time.

I ordered on line from Home Depot a Real Flame Fireplace in white. Was delivered on time. Had Nima from Elegant Design & Construction Inc put the fireplace together. He did an awesome job. Very courteous. He cleaned up after and took all the boxes away. Just love the fireplace. Great job. Thanks again

The customer service department was absolutely fantastic. I was disappointed that they did not supply or able to get Ridgid power tool accessories, otherwise the store is very impressive

Department Managers Michael and Andrew is more concerned about the store taking a loss than a customer who is taking a loss and is stuck with a unsatisfied product. Did not have much interaction with Andrew but Michael accused me of using the product and returning it. Michael was quick to point out that this is not a tool rental, he tells me to go rent a tool if I want to return it. Home Depot wants their customers to be a 100% satisfied with their purchase but please be sure to find out if you are satisfied without using the product(Please explain how to do that). Their return policy does not state the item is non returnable but it's unhygienic so they can't resell it as per Andrew and Michael, then please send this drain augers to the tool rental program. Don't tell me it's unhygienic when you rent out drain augers, what happened there? Either change your return philosophy and return policy or honour your promises. Andrew, you may know the system well but its unprofessional to take out your frustration and not help Amanda to perform the refund in front of customers. You were quick to point out that she didn't follow procedure while doing the the return vs writeoff but when it came to a balance increase on the till, you were ok to skip procedure. Buy it from Amazon and you can return it if the product doesn't do what it should. I want to thank Amanda for honoring the store return philosophy and the return policy.
