Pathetic they have no incentive to repair my mother‘s chair as they rent her one for $500 a month. In the meantime it’s a faulty switch. Had a new one I could’ve fixed it myself but wait five or six weeks and still no repair is disgusting. This is elder abuse everything else I’d like to say I’m banned from saying on Google

My moms OT ordered a hospital bed for mom due to stroke and cancer mobility issues.Mom lives in a care facility and is full time in a wheelchair. She was advised delivery would be between 2 and 5pm.They finally showed up at 8:30pm, bed set up by 9:30pm, 4.5 hours later than latest window provided.They said the mattress was cleaned and sanitized. Please see picture below. Not clean. Obviously not sanitized as it was not in a “clean” bag.She requested 1/2 bars so she could get into and out of bed with her wheelchair, they sent full bars so she could not get into bed if they were up.The mattress was so thin, the bars were felt through.It’s really unfortunate that AHS has provided this company the AADL contract as the equipment is not up to par.The customer service has been ok.

Eco-medical and I go way back to the 90s, and I used to send my friends to them, confident they would have a good experience and great customer service. After all, they treated me like gold.However, my last two interactions with them have not been so positive. I thought the first was a fluke, this happened several years ago. A tire almost came off my chair within hours after its return for routine maintenance. Fortunately I was within blocks of home and I managed to drive the chair home. They were fast in picking up the chair and getting it back to me. It cost them a pretty penny to repair (on their dime) as the loose tire did a lot of damage to the chair. I passed it off as a 'life happens' experience.However, my latest experience with this company has destroyed my trust in the company.The government agreed to put necessary repair approval on the fast track, given my circumstances. The government actually called ME when EcoMedical's estimate hadn't yet arrived on their desk after 10 days. The government's approval of the estimate 'never arrived' according to Eco-Medical, and so i emailed my copy of the approval letter, at Eco's request. 10 days later, after no call from Eco to say they received my email, I phoned, and lo and behold the 'lost email' from me appeared. A month after that phone call, i finally got my chair back.As our population ages and as the disabled assert their rights to fair and equal treatment, I strongly suggest Eco-Medical works on their customer service. We are a growing percentage of the population and we will take our business elsewhere, if we find service is not acceptable.

I needed a wrist brace and was recommended to check out Eco Medical for one. I didn’t realize they would have that type of product there, I thought they only dealt in wheelchairs and scooters and such.Maritza helped me choose the type of brace that would work for me and gave me a couple of options to try on.I was surprised at how reasonably priced they were and left the shop with a brace that is comfortable and works for me. Thank you Maritza for your excellent service!

Came out and repaired our ancient porch lift so it works like the day we got it! They did the job the same afternoon we called and charged us only the minimum. I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter got flat on her wheelchair. She is dependent on the chair for everything. I took wheel in to have flat fixed. As this was not planned I did have an appointment, was to leave it and they see if they could fit it in, but probably not and have leave it overnight. Explain situation no chair not mobility, did care. This not first time this as happen in past few years. We have spend thousands in last twenty years. They should have a little slack time built into the work day.As the guy for there competition and he said where they were. They were understand and did my repair.

We have had our outdoor mechanical lift in place for 6 years. From day 1 in dealing with Eco, Desi, who I only have ever dealt with on the phone, was and is always knowledgeable about everything to do with lifts. And very pleasant to talk to. Today we needed the lift serviced and Aris came to do the job. There were two things that had to be fixed and once he knew what had happened, took the time to give us some hints on how to use the lift, which is very helpful information. Thank you Eco for your exceptional customer service!

If I could give this negative stars I would. Total lack of decency when treating customers. You can stand in the store for an hour and the workers will just chat with each other about the weather and no one comes to help you. Brutal mistakes and no sorry. Been going here for years always the same story.

Wonderful Staff and Service!I've been dealing with Eco Medical for close to 8 years and have never been disappointed by their service. Please understand that if you want and expect their undivided attention, you need to make an appointment, as they will prioritize their attention to those whom have done so.I go in for power-chair repairs and always leave with my chair having satisfactorily been repaired, or with an appointment to do so (due to a part needing to be ordered. They have never failed me, and even banned one lady after she came in swearing in front of my two young (at the time) daughters. They try to establish themselves as being at the top, and that's where they stand.

I coudent find replacement parts for my grandmas bed anywhere else but Bruno did an excelent job and got it for me!
