Foot Locker

They held a pair of shoes for me. When I came to pick it up, they had it and the associate was super helpful. He said he could check me out on his handheld instead of waiting in line. Grabbed the last LeBron 19's in town.

I was here earlier today looking for a pair of crocs for my son but they never had the size I needed. The young lady checked the back, online and even other stores to try and help me out. Still no success but I appreciate the great customer service. It's rare to find that now a days...wish I knew your name but shout out to you!

I highly recommend this Foot Locker location, way better than the one in Markville Mall. One of the staffs there was very helpful and they had a great selection of nice boots. I bought a pair of Timberland boots, and so happy that they had my size!!

A spacious new Foot Locker store just opened today in Downtown Markham at the venue formally occupied by Go for Tea. They have a great selection of athletic wear and shoes. I appreciate the graphic walls and fresh looking displays and overall look of the store. They have a pick up window for contactless pick up of ordered items. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unacceptable Customer Service. Nobody take care you. Everyone just stand ovetrhere like a bodyguard. (Including Manager.) Never, ask do you need help...Now, I understand that why foot locker was closing that much stores in North America.Please replace the sales team and hire a professional Manager to manage the store. Otherwise, this store will be closing soon too...

Easily the best Foot Locker in the GTA. Wonderful, helpful staff, HUGE selection of shoes, spacious and never too busy.

The staff is great, and there is a large selection of shoes, which is awesome. I lost my receipt, but I was still able to return a pair of shoes I bought before since the employees found my customer file (?)(I don't know exactly what it's called) and were able to reprint my receipt and return the shoes. The location is also very nice, and the interior seems very polished and clean.However, I do have one complaint (but it has more to do with Footlocker itself rather than this location, so this is in no way a criticism of the employees and hence the 5 stars still) is that Footlocker's warranty policy kind of really sucks and I definitely think that a company as big as Footlocker should contact manufacturers when a customer has a warranty claim. The other shoe stores that I've been to and the one that I work at do this, so it was kind of strange reading the warranty disclaimer on their website after asking one of the employees about warranties and receiving an unhelpful response (but I assume they were just following the store protocol, so this is not a complaint about them).So, if there is any kind of defect in a product that you bought at Footlocker, just go directly to the manufacturer's website to file a warranty claim even if the manufacturer tell you to go to the retailer first, because Footlocker does not process warranties.
