Fido

I went to the store with my son this afternoon, and the service I experienced was beyond terrible. it was the epitome of awful service. I go to confirm my account and get ridiculed in front of my son by the employee who accused me of lying and confiscated my ID accusing it of being a fake. The employee was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful they offered no service or help and when I reached out to the manager likewise their response was equally as disrespectful. in no way were they trying to accommodate to my issue or did they try to apologize for the inconvenience. I have been a loyal customer to Fido for the past 13 years and I have never experienced an encounter such as today. This was the worst Fido location and experience ever.

I had an amazing experience when I visited this brach to move my numbers from another provider to Fido. Very special thanks to Tommy who stayed with me for 3 hours to fix a problem with my previous network provider, he didn't leave me for a minute , step by step until the problem was solved. I really wish everyone working in a mobile network was like Tommy and I wish I moved to Fido a long time ago. Super satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this branch and this guy...

I’ve been to this location 3 times and every single time has been a good experience. First time was to switch over to Fido from Bell, I brought my own device and the setup was fast and smooth. The 2nd time was last Saturday when I had to go buy a new phone as my previous one had gotten damaged. Once again, a streamlined and easy setup from start to finish. Mitch was very helpful and insightful in helping me get setup and I was pleasantly surprised to see I had some good options for upgrading that wouldn’t break the bank. Unfortunately, the phone I got was defective so I went back today to get another one and I got great help from Bobby and Matthew, they were very knowledgeable in the products and offered great customer service. Special thanks to the whole team there! Definitely recommend.

Terrible worst than one star. All I see is a male/female janitor and a younger lady. This male/female janitor is very very rude and impolite and very poor customer service. I go to this location all the time and she never smiles or say hi. She’s terrible!!!

I want to give a shout out to Omar at the Hay's Blvd store. He spent a lot of time with us today trying to restore voice-mail on my partners phone. He was extremely patient withus and solved the issue. Thank you Omar!

Irresponsible employee at this location, saw me going towards the store at 12:00 pm placed a sign to close the store between 12:00-12:45 pm (13 March 2021), asked him just to give me a sim card and close he refused. I made a long trip just for this purchase. Store hours 10 am to 6 pm, no indication of this unscheduled closure. No appreciation to customers time, it would have taken him 2 minutes to hand over the sim card and charge my credit card for payment. Really reckless and irresponsible employee.

I really have to hand it to Fido here, they’ve got a great operation running here. I came in yesterday to set up a BYOD phone plan and I was assisted by Matt, one of the associates there, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and provided me with top notch service. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

The store closed at 5.40 pm this Monday despite official working hours till 7pm. Agree with another review re: the entering policy. Showing your ID and standing in front of the door is humiliating.

Terrible service - customer service representative's first priority was getting us out of store, instead of actually helping us. Bravo (sarcastically)

Can't rate this location anything but a one-star. Should be zero. Rush home from work to get to this store before they close...arrive at 7:10pm on a Thursday evening - sign on the door says they close at 8pm. Checked the website, also shows closing at 8:00pm. Check the Rogers store right next door - closed up tight as well. All the signs say 8:00pm. No indication of leaving early or modified store hours. Don't expect this from a corporate store. (and no, Oakville wasn't in a lockdown when I visited the store). I guess customer satisfaction isn't a priority at this location. What a waste.
