Stylist was super nice but I wanted my hair much darker then it is now that its dried it's super red.... an all over instead of the dark drop balyage style I was seeking but she did a good job just I did not expect it to dry so bright

Generally can get a good basic haircut here. They offer walk-ins as well as appointments. They can also do perms and dyes. If you bring a picture of what you want it really helps.

They were really friendly, but my hair by cut about an inch uneven in the front, one piece a little longer than the rest in the back, and my curtain bangs were cut straight across instead of on an angle. I ended up trimming it by myself when I got home so there wasn't much point in getting the haircut.

Great place for a kid's cut. Price is right. We really appreciate that our stylist Ginger listened to my daughter and her request, and did exactly what she wanted. My daughter was worried about the trim, but Ginger made her comfortable and happy. The wash out hair color was an extra fun addition!

Took my son in for a mohawk and showed the stylist a picture of what he wanted. Our stylist was a new stylist, fresh out of school, which I didn't mind. A simple mohawk should be easy right? Well she didn't listen to me at all, she did what she wanted with his hair even after I told her twice I didn't think that what she was doing was what he had in mind. We ended up being there for a hour and a half!! The manager and assistant manager were both there and I am sure they were picking up how annoyed I was becoming but yet said or did nothing. At the end I even said to the assistant manager who was checking her work that I didn't like these two little wings that are sticking out on the side and asked if we could take them in a bit. She said no that it wouldn't look even" even though with these two wings sticking out it most definitely does not look even. I was just so done with the whole day I just responded with "Fine I'll just fix them at home"Ugh!! I should have just asked for Barb but I am all about helping new students but only when they do as I ask. I paid for the hair cut and my son was pretty specific about a full mohawk!!"

Great experience fixing my previously botched haircut by an independent source. Looks much better and got some samples to help tame the mane. Would definitely recommend!

went to FC by Walmart in Kamloops couple yrs ago after had an expensive cut elsewhere and i just needed a quick maintenance trim. I came out with a bowl cut! So bad! Howeer, since time and money are a factor w a girl who's hair grows very fast, i tried the Valleyview local after friends recommended. I love them there! Amazing cuts and great service! Just cut 10 in off and got trendy asymmetrical undercut pixie and Shannon nailed it! Without any major direction from me as i waant totally sure exactly what i wanted. Go to Valleyview they rock.

Ginger did a great job at the valleyview location on my hair very personable i highly recommend her will absolutely be back

They were nice, but not skilled. Our sons haircut needed an immediate fixing, which actually made it worse. Kendall was very nice but I would not take our son back to her. Initially everything looked fine but as we looked at it more, the more we realized it was messed up. To make matters worse, i actually gave a good tip.
