Always a good experience using Stevenson mechanical.

I called Stevenson at 7:30am the morning after my air conditioner stopped working. It was 34 degrees (in May!) every day and we get sun all day. Alex, who was awesome, was there by 9am and what I really appreciated was the extra time he spent searching for the problem and not simply assuming it needed a new motor. It took him a while but eventually he found the issue and after a simple run to get the part we were back up and running cool in no time. Can't say enough about the good folks at Stevenson regarding their customer service and extremely reasonable pricing.

UPDATE: After posting this review, Denise called and apologized profusely for the situation, explaining that they had been trying to take care of things, however were having trouble contacting the previous owner who had the information required. It turns out that a phone had gone for an unfortunate swim and communication was halted because of it. I believe in allowing for service recovery, and although I did not hear from the owner personally, his staff did express regret and things were taken care of in the end.We recently purchased a brand new ac, furnace and hw tank from Stevenson Mechanical. In the midst of our install the business was sold. We are now having problems receiving after service, which is extremely frustrating. Very unprofessional, and very disappointing as they came highly recommended. I would definitely NOT recommend their services. I am disappointed with both the new and previous ownership as I am now having to deal directly with Fortis to have rebate issues resolved and directly with Carrier to find out about Warranty Registration as I received no direction from them and they will not return my calls.

Very helpful and accommodating staff.We have used them a couple of times now and are always very happy with the jobs they have done. Will be calling on them again when I swap out my hot water tank and a couple of toilets.
