Had very high expectations before Coming into the restaurant .. the food is very normal . The mutton Kizhi Parotta is very bald with no juice and the Parotta is half cooked and Avoli fish fry has gotten to spice or masala into it .. the appam is so sour and it is one of the worst Appam I had ..

Kerala food court we visited for our meal was a wonderful experience. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. We were quickly seated and presented with a menu that offered a variety of dishes to choose from. After some consideration, we decided to order the chicken biryani and chicken fry.The chicken biryani was absolutely delicious. It was well-cooked and had a perfect blend of spices that gave it a rich, savory flavor. The chicken fry was equally impressive, with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy meat on the inside. The portions were generous, and we both felt satisfied with our meal.To complement our food, we ordered some cold drinks. The restaurant had a good selection of beverages, and we chose a couple of refreshing options that were served promptly.Overall, we had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

The worst experience I had going to a Kerala restaurant. First of all the customer service was bad they act like they don’t care they don’t wish or greet the customers. The two ladies were showing so much attitude and they don’t know what they are doing.Secondly the pot hi hot ordered had very few curry I paid 15 dollars for that. There was only one vegetable curry. Also the washrooms were dirty as well.Thirdly I asked for a glass of water and they said I have to pay for it. Water is supposed to be complimentary. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

2 star for old time sake .Kerala food court and palm valley were always my go to restaurants while I was in Cambridge.However, I visited the place lately and the experience was horrible.I ordered the chicken biriyani tray and was expecting the authentic South Indian chicken biriyani.Unfortunately, my whole tray , especially the chicken was smelling fish !! I guess they should have fried both in same oil or something.Even though , I love fish ; chicken smelling fishes were even too much for me , making it entirely inedible.I’m going to totally forget these and never ever going there .!

Good food but worst service. I would say need somebody good at the front. Thanks chef for making good food. You deserve better place.NB- not just my opinion. Lots people have this same opinion.Suggestion- If you replace the disrespectful person from the front definitely your business will go up more.

I first came here and had the fish curry with a fresh homemade bread. It was so amazing I came back the next day for the chicken biryani, which I saw another couple eating. It totally blew me away - succulent, a bit crispy, totally satisfying. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and clearly made with love. Highly recommended!!!!

I visited on Feb 18 2023. The girl at the cash don’t have a good customer service. She doesn’t know how to communicate with a customer on phone. We ordered mutton biriyani and the quality of the food was poor, it was not cooked well.
