J'ai fait l'ouverture et fermeture avec eux autres (2022/2023). À ma surprise, j'ai trouvé la porte d'écumoire brisée à coté de la piscine après l'ouverture. Si personne d'autre a touché la piscine sauf Piscine Pat-Rick, qui pourrait avoir brisée ça? J'ai contacté enterprise et j'ai été confronté à plein d'excuses: c'est de l'usure (piscine neuve, 2022), ça se brise facilement (c'était bien en place avant qu'ils la ferment), c'est le froid, etc. J'avais demandé un remboursement puisque c'est sûr qu'ils ont brisé (en plus, ils m'ont jamais averti). Finalement, pas de remboursement pour une pièce qui coute $8. Comment faire confiance à un enterprise qui ne reconnait pas son tort et qui laisse partir un client à cause de $8? De mon coté, plus jamais. Merci

Excellent service en magasin. De plus, c'est avec eux que j'ai acheté ma nouvelle toile de piscine creusé. Superbe travail et qualité prix.

Best in store advice for how to start a pool. Was seen to immediately. Closed on Sundays, so plan your visit accordingly.

Surprising charges

We installed an inground pool turn key with all the bells and whistles, and less than 2 years later everything broke down. I had to do major repairs on the heater, change the pump, chlorinator, all the pool lights, etc...called them several times to do some of the repairs or at least refer me to someone and after the sale it was impossible to get in touch with Patrick. The person answering the phone always tells me he is very busy and will get back to me eventually. I have been waiting for over two years. Any how I found another pool contractor to take care of my problems. It was difficult because no one likes to take care of someone else's mess. Piscine Pat-Rick is hit and run. Once they are paid you are on your own. I would not recommend them.
