We went to the Milton one. It was so great on how fast it was to get a table with out a reservation. Got our drinks and rood out at a great time not waiting long for nothing. Our kids loved the food.

We are only giving 1 star because we have to but this location disserves 0 stars for the way that they treated us. We went to the Hyde park location in Oakville. We ordered 1 full rack of ribs that comes with 3 sides we were able to get curly fries, mash potatoes, and pickle slaw. We had enjoyed it so much that we wanted to go the one in Milton where we live. We went to order the exact same thing from the Milton location but they told us that we could not get the mash potato's because it was a premium side. The dish on the menu comes with curly fries, beans and pickle slaw. We didn't want to have the beans so that's why we had the mash potato's instead. They wanted to upcharge us for all the sides and even tried to tell us that curly fries don't come with that dish even though its on the menu. It was almost like they were forcing us to get sides we didn't want. Anyway we were just super confused and our waitress asked us if we wanted to speak with the manager. We said no its fine and asked to look at the menu again to see what we would get instead. While we were deciding. Our waitress sent the manager over even though we didn't want to talk to a manager. The manager made things really uncomfortable and told us that we have to appreciate the fact that the restaurants are struggling and we have to pay extra for everything". At this point we weren't even being difficult

I have never walked out of a restaurant, but had to today due to no server even acknowledging even us for 20-25 minutes . We sat down exactly same time as the table next to us. They got their drinks, apps and main while the server ignored us. We had a toddler and even asked the person that sat us to see if we can have someone help us but NOPE! Never have been this disappointed. Will not be returning to this location.

I’ve been to several Lone Star restaurants. The food is always good. This restaurant was no different in that regard, however it was quite dirty. There was food in the floor. When the server brought our food there was food left on the tray after dropping off our dinner. As he walked away he let the tray go vertical and dropped that food on the floor, adding to the mess. This picture is taken from our table. You can see the food on the floor.

First time at the Milton location..Super friendly staff. Our server was a really nice young man.We had the alligator bites, chicken enchiladas and two 7oz steaks.The alligator bites were nice but the portions could have been a bit bigger for the price.The steaks were cooked very well and seasoned to perfection.The enchiladas were okay.The Texas mule and the Texas tea were both great drinks.Enjoyed our dinner here.. Definitely a place to return to in the near future.

After a busy day in Toronto we stopped here after 9pm for dinner. Whilst initially it took a while to get served (not busy) was worth the wait! Food enjoyed by all 4 of my party.Cool Interior and everything we wanted it to be.

The food was amazing and it came out very fast. We came in during rush time on Saturday and despite the 20 other people that were also waiting to be sat, Luna was incredibly attentive and kind, made my daughter laugh, and was able to get everyone in almost immediately despite how busy they were. Best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. We will absolutely be returning 10/10.

After a few bad experiences, we took a break from this restaurant. We gave it another shot, and wow are we glad we did. Not sure if a change in management or leadership has occured, but tonight was fantastic. Great food, served with near perfect timing. Service was amazing. Ask for Bourban"!! Great job to whomever has had such a positive effect. I highly recommend giving them a try."
