I actually make a big detour in the morning only to go get breakfast at K&K! Kim's Porridge is the best! Also love their selection of sweets (Zucchini Chocolate Muffin is my personal fav). Very high quality products, super fresh, and the portions are generous. The staff has always been friendly and helpful! All in all, I love it!

Flavourful and filling. Great place for celiacs who need dedicated gluten free. Have had takeout from here a few times and loved it everytime.

A nice little place to grab a breakfast. They serve a lot of smoothies, which are not my thing, but you can turn it into a bowl with some added items. I thought it was quite good (and came in a paper bowl, nice touch). It was however quite cold, so you cannot eat it very fast, but it was an excellent light & healthy breakfast. They have a lot more items so when I am back in Toronto, I will try some others.

I ordered salad from here and you could tell that the ingredients were all fresh and The Taste was remarkable as well. The service was quick as well, I had ordered it through ritual and my order was ready on time as promised. This location is in the path so it can be pretty busy in general. I would suggest that you plan ahead and place an order with either ritual or another online vendor so you don't have to wait long in a queue.

The quality of food has gone down. I used to love their food. My smoothie bowl had chunks of ice in it today. Yesterday I had their chewy nut bar and it had a freezer taste to it.

Generally good, except their smoothie bowl which is far lower in quantity and quality when compared with the one at First Canadian. I rarely get value for my money at this location and as a result I walk the extra distance to the one at First Canadian, and they never disappoint me.UPDATE - So I gave this another shot and the smoothie bowl was exceptional. Apparently, they saw my review and worked on their smoothie. Very impressive. 5 Star now

Staff answered all my questions patiently and gave me authentic recommendations. I had a hard time deciding between the Canadian First, Lime and Cauli bowl. The lovely lady at the front helped me make a good decision :-) The portions are huge despite being in to-go boxes. Also even though this location is a more casual outlet of the chain, I really enjoyed my experience here and would come back since they offer the sweets too.

Felt like something sweet in the afternoon and picked up one Chocolate Chewy Nut Bar.First I don’t find this chewy, in fact it is gooey, soft and almost melt in your mouth texture. If I exclude the description then the bar is knock out. I cut this in four pieces and had one piece and it was satisfying to the max. It was fulfilling and perfect. Chocolate, nuts and perfectly sweet. Had peanut butter but somehow everything masked the peanut butter taste, which was great.It is definitely my go to dessert!!
