This store recommended I send something via air that wasn't allowed to be sent via air. It cost me $150, and was returned to me. They won't refund me because it's apparently my fault that their staff have bad information. Go to another store.

I usually only interact with a Canada Post office once a year at Christmas. There is almost no other way to send parcels economically. For the past few years I have chosen this outlet because of the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. There is usually a few people in the line when I arrive but, honestly, the process is painless because the clerks know their job well. They are located in a Shopper's (which I don't frequent) but there is plenty of parking and there are two handicap parking stalls right beside the door. I generally think Canada Post does a good job but this outlet is especially courteous and friendly.

Whenever you are in this store, look for Michelle. She is one of the most patient, helpful and friendly staff I've come across so far. Her suggestions really helped and were reassuring! Thank you Michelle!! I wish to have more people like her in all customer service positions.

They only have one person working and the lines are usually long / take a bit. Otherwise it's ok if you're in the area.

Poor/Slow Service: Manager is rude and appeared annoyed when I asked for a receipt for my Amazon return, and advised next time I would not get a receipt.. since when!??? August 7, 2021 @ 1:50 pm

Anh and another lovely lady helped me ship three large boxes today, and were the friendliest and most caring post office clerks I’ve ever encountered. They made sure I knew why my package was the price it was. They asked if I was moving to Vancouver, to which I replied yes I’m flying this week, and they were worried for me and said the packages wont arrive in time. It wasn’t an issue for me, but I appreciated their concern. Great ladies, and worked very quickly too!
