Part Source is a good, well-organized car parts outlet. I came in for a cabin air filter replacement for my SUV, and a capable stockists helped me to select the right replacement. To be sure, he had me remove the old one to see that the new one was right. The shop carries a wide range of accessories that I enjoyed looking over.

Bought brand new Rotorts and pads starts smoking the first use. They would not return them because they said they were opened and used. Don’t recommend buying there parts as they are very very very cheaply made. Very bad quality and expensive at the same time.

Their drivers are rude, terrible representation of this store. I had stopped here for all my auto needs for the past few years but will never return again to be assaulted by one of their employees!

This is some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guys behind the counter were beyond helpful. Super friendly and explained everything to me in detail. They installed my wiper blades for me! Unbelievable! Thankyou PartsSource!!!

I want to share my experience with PartSource. I came by here to rent some tools. The staff James was really kind and helpful to us. He listened to our purpose and gave us the suggestions. He also can speak Chinese! To rent tools here, you just have to pay the price of the tool as the deposit. After you finishing using the tool, you can get full refund. The only thing they ask you to do is donating $5 to local children. Definitely recommend this store!

Was looking for a specific part for my car and called the store and spoke with Gary.The part l was looking for was unavailable from many parts stores across Ottawa.He took the time to find the part outside of Ottawa and has great customer service skills.Will be visiting PartSource for car parts and accessories from now on!

This is by far the worst customer service i have ever received. To be completely honest i felt target for who i was. Scott the employee continuously blamed me for coming into the store and made me feel like i was garbage - he kept going on about how I" defeated the purpose of curb side pick up when other people did the same. When asking to speak the manager his response was "I didn't hear anything" - excuse me? I have launched a complaint to head office about this and hopefully this is taken care of. Unbelievable how people in customer service can act towards a customers. The manager really represents how the employees act."
