Massage Addict

I went there twice but somehow I didn’t like the reception. Don’t feel welcome. My personal experience and definitely anyone is free to try on.

My god Everyone should go to Haleh, RMT! She knows how to assess the needs and treats the problem. And her hands are magic! I couldnt use my back, and she treated me, and I was c/o pain and she pointed out what i was doing wrong. I will go to her monthly!!! Please people make an appointment with Haleh!

Professional atmosphere. Front desk staff are great to work with to process payment and rebook for next visit.I wish they would stagger the appointments a bit more for a better flow of people coming in and out than everyone come in at the top of the hour.My massage was fantastic. Bryden did a great job and would recommend him for future clients.

Haven't been here in over 2 years due to poor customer service from the front desk. Took a chance on the weekend and I should have avoided them. Since I was there previously I am not considered a new client and after my massage I find out that I had to pay even more then what I had budgeted as they charge about $20 above the reasonable and customary for a massage. So my post massage relaxation was killed instantly by this woman's lack of empathy.My advice is to AVOID this clinic at all costs.I know I am never ever going to goback here again.

I have been trying to make an appointment for the longest while via telephone and when I finally got though and went there, I was told my appointment was cancelled. I was not notified by telephone or email/text. I find this totally un-acceptable and the receptionist was very nonchalant about the cancellation and made it seem as if it was nothing. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

If you've never been I highly recommend it even though it may seem like an indulgence, you won't regret it. There are private comfortably warm (small) rooms with calming lighting and new age mood music. Great staff and reasonable prices. Your health plan probably affords you a massage a month. If you totally don't love your masseuse, I believe they encourage you to try someone else next time, they are not all the same and the staff may help match you up.

This was the second time I arrived for a scheduled appointment only to be told it was cancelled yesterday without any notification to me. The waiting room was full, including the person who had my appointment, and it was embarrassing not to mention disappointing because my appointments are not for pleasure but medical in nature. I followed my therapist to this location but this is complete incompetence by the front desk.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience at this particular location. I visit Massage Addict locations often and decided to give this one a try as it's relatively closer to my home. It will be my first and last visit.The massage therapist I booked with was very unprofessional. For the entire 60 minutes, she spoke about her personal relationships and would stop massaging to finish her stories. She was entirely distracted by the conversation and was not focused on the service. At one point, she blew her nose in the corner of the room and didn't leave to wash her hands before proceeding with my treatment. She used hand sanitizer and then complained that the smell of the sanitizer was awful before rubbing her hands on my skin. Felt like a complete waste of money.I won't be returning. 1/5.

Have been a member here for a while and been to a few of the therapists. Might take trying a couple to find who works for you, but with the wide variety of staff that won't be a problem and then you can opt too keep booking with the same one if you so desire. Rates are reasonable for member pricing and they've created a welcoming environment to allow you to get the most out of your therapy.
