I was relocated to St. John's from Alberta, for work. My Realtor suggested Republic Inspections to provide me with my home inspection when I purchased my home. I wasn't able to be at the house for the inspection, but Ken kept open lines of communication, he arrived on time to conduct the inspection, and was willing to work with my relocation service provider to accept payment. I received the inspection report via email within a day of the inspection being completed. The Report was very detailed and easy to understand with photos indexed throughout, for reference.
