Great Service!! Had what I needed when I needed it at a reasonable price

The metal is good, the cuts were good, BUT I ordered and paid early in the day to insure my order (only 2 pieces of aluminium under 20 inches) would be ready for pickup in the afternoon. Luis assured me it would be ready for pick-up anytime after 3pm. To my surprise, my order was NOT READY when I got there. What was the point of ordering and paying ahead of time? Had to wait for the guy in the back to look for my order, he could not find it, he then went on the computer to look for my order, then he went to the back and cut my pieces... what a waste of time when you try to organize your time because you have a tight schedule

I needed 2 pieces of aluminum pipe 20” long. I phoned around to a few places and could only buy in 20’ lengths. I called the metal supermarket and got them cut right away & for a fraction of the price. Fast & friendly people…. I highly recommend!

Great service and very friendly people. Great pricing too! But could use welding as an important service. It would directly compliment people buying metal products, as most need to be welded together anyway (hence the reason for buying 95% of raw metal materials & having them cut to size). I am sure you would double your business profits if both mig and tig welding were options that could be done in-house. Just a suggestion guys - I'm sure this isn't the first time it has been mentioned. Thanks for having a consumer outlet to go to.

This is a great place if you machine metal of any sort, they have a super selection of brass, aluminum, alloys, tool steels.. absolutely everything. It's nice that they will cut you only what you need and the staff are super friendly. It's cool that you can walk around in the back and check out their rack of goods. Always a good idea to bring a big juicy wallet, it's not hard to spend cash here.

This company particularly Scott is an absolute Pleasure" to deal with. As a Customer Service Manager myself I really appreciate dealing with someone that not only knows their stuff but also appreciates your business. I am now looking for reasons to deal with them again and you can be sure I will."

Easy..fast..price not bad for the service you get..lots of stock..and good people.It's funny this is my first review so I went and looked at some others here and decided to tell you a little moreIn the last five years I have never had a bad experience with the staff they have always been helpful and patient..Wait time has been and still is faster than any other company I have dealt with for metal...from a few minutes for product in stock to a few days for custom cuts of none stock materials and as far as something be cut wrong..(may have happened once or twice)..they have replaced itSo do I recommend this place..yes to anyone that asks where I get my metal
