I would strongly suggest to not go to this establishment. I was there earlier this week, and brought in a suit to be dry cleaned. I specifically asked the gentleman to NOT put a crease in the pants, he nodded his head and said ok. As he filled in my request, i noticed he had not marked on my bill no crease on the pants, so I made mention of it a second time to be sure that he knows i do NOT want a crease in my pants he again just nodded and said yes yes, no crease. When I went to pick up my suit this morning, because I needed it for a wedding this weekend, i pull out the pants and what do i find? There is a crease in the pants. So, my advice is, if you want to go to a dry cleaner that does not listen to what you request, then go right ahead, but if you would like proper service, i would suggest looking elsewhere to someone who would actually listen to what you request for more than once. Extremely disappointed in the service, will not be going back again.

This is a review for the location on 5510 Queen Mary. They are the greatest. When I needed a suit cleaned ASAP for a job interview, they not only rushed the job for me, but called me to remind me to pick it up before they closed for the weekend. I was late picking it up yet they accommodated me which was very neighborly, and I am so appreciative!

This is a great neighborhood dry cleaner. The woman that works there provides great customer service! They do an amazing job. I have been going there for several years.

The service is excellent and the prices are very fair. The people working there are pleasant and efficient. This place is great.
