Absolutely love this place. Great customer service and highly recommended. The taste of sandwich is very delicious. Always use fresh ingredients. The owner is overwhelming and greeting person.

Were do i start with this location. The fact they still have a foodsafe surprises me they use the previous days veggies to save money even when the lettuce is brown, the owner is so cheap if there is a bug in the food he tells them to pick it out and not let anyone see ontop of the fact the cheap owner stopped doing sub of the day. Worse subway location in the Lower Mainland and the Veggies at this location always make me sick afterwards. Not to mention I'm pretty sure they aren't keeping track of food rotation and throwing out expired or rotten product and will still use it.

I've been going here after work occasionally for the past few months and I finally need to write this down.The food is fine, it's Subway and they all taste the same. The service however, with one worker in particular, is absolutely horrendous.I come in around 10pm and there's always no one at the counter, which is fine because it's not busy at night. After about 60 seconds, I see an older woman walk from around the corner with the most annoyed sigh ever and condescendingly ask me what I want. Her attitude has consistently been... as if I personally ran over her cat, and then backed over it again. She seems to LOATHE customers (and I've seen this with other people too). I feel like the ONLY reason she still works there is because she's probably the manager.I'll still go there though because it's the only damn thing that's open after 10 in Poco.

Been visiting this branch since the beginning of the year. It originally looked like the interior could do with some loving but since then it's had a nice refurb so it's bright and clean.I go around lunchtime on weekdays and the ladies that serve me are always smiling, kind and courteous. They're a pleasure to interact with and my food is always as requested/ordered.

I love this Subway. The part that makes this a 5-Star experience for me is that not once, ever, has any staff rolled their eyes or huffed or asked me to change my order because I've been picky about it. So I like my veg toasted too, but not before sauce. Double toast that food, it's FANTASTIC. Good food takes time.I get No negative reactions. These staff at this location are THE best and I love them.

I love this place. Employees are quick and actually remember ur order and make ur sub as asked. It's truly amazing that the amount of times I have been here I have experienced no problems. Parking is limited l, I recommend parking behind subway and walking around. Seriously tho great work subway I'm impressed. The restaurant is clean and tidy including bathrooms

This Subway Restaurant gives the best customer service EVER! They really strive to make your sandwich the way YOU like it. The staff are really friendly and the owner as well! Higly recommended!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
