July 2022. Group of four ordered a meal after golf. The waitress was very friendly but extremely inexperienced. It wasn’t that busy and It took a long time just to get glasses of water. The service was slow and she kept apologizing saying she forgot about us. The meals were nothing special. The ginger stirfry bowl had lots of noodles and only a few peppers and onions. Was expecting at least some broccoli. The Ramen was mostly broth. But the worst was the hamburger. It was burnt and the bun was soggy and fell apart the moment you picked it up. We did tell the waitress about the hamburger and showed her it was inedible. She said she would mention it to the cook but brought us our bill and said she hadn’t told him yet. The restaurant has a very lovely atmosphere but we would not go back

We arrived at 140 for a late lunch and were told brunch was our only option until 2. I asked her if there was anything left and she indicated there was. 4 servers for 5 tables and I asked repeatedly for water. Mayo based salad unrefrigerated...cold spaghetti almost no sauce...empty bowl with remnants of salad left at the station...most stations empty...all needed cleaning. We put together a weird lunch of leftovers...no napkins out...buns in a bag...the food was terrible and the service worse. When we complained the person taking the cash just looked at us. I live nearby and won't be back. 46.00 for 2 people for no service and food that may have been good once but was awful. Worse I heard the server still trying to flog the brunch....shame because it used to be a great place.

First time being here with my family and it wasn’t the best tasting or best service. The food was bland, fries were practically rock hard, and lack of service from servers & hosts/hostess. The staff I don’t blame on those working on the floor, I’d blame the boss. If you see your staff is short, call your people. Don’t see us coming back here again.

Arrived 1:30pm. Buffet was only option. So us four agreed to give it a shot. Pasta was crunching/roast beef was cold/fish was overcooked etc.... Our mon only had a bun and salad with no dressing. She didn't like the look of the food. We paid $100 for four .. At least the restaurant should of offered half price last hour or stocked up with fresh food.

Had fish and chip special for $16. Came with 2 of the smallest pieces of over cooked fish ive ever seen. A Filet from MacDonalds has more fish and tastes much better. No response when i asked about it.Zero stars

Slow, slow service. Sat at our table with a pile of dirty dishes waiting 25 minutes for the bill so we could leave. Food only ok, drinks tasted stale. Very loud and echoed a lot in there. Place needs some artwork and rugs to help with ambience.

We had brunch this morning at Club 19. It was very good. The roast beef was melt-in -your-mouth perfect and there was a wide variety of food and drinks that comes with the $21 brunch. The soup was another favourite. Would definitely recommend the brunch.

Waited 45 mins for a table, then 1hour 20 for food - we only got our meals when we threatened to leave. Spaghetti and meatballs arrived with no meatballs, scampi and fries arrived as four raw prawns on top of stone cold rice, second round of drinks never arrived.

This was one of the worst restaurants I've ever been too, the salsa chips were so stale they were soft and chewy, ordered regular poutine with the addition of shredded chicken, took 25+ minutes to come out, and there wasn't any chicken. As well as margarita pizza which was practically inedible, instead of the use of fresh basil they used green peppers as a replacement. And the cheese clumps on the pizza were so bad they had to be spat out. The only decently edible thing were the drinks which took a while to come out but were alright. But even asking for a drink that was a picture in the menu, we were told they used photos off of google and didn't even serve those drinks. As a golf course we kind of had an expectation for the food to be good. And its not like we’re classy people with a very refined pallet and we’re not even very picky but this was just bad. If you ever plan to go to the restaurant, get some drinks and leave.
