I called to have someone come out and fix a leaky sink which sits above the counter. They told me someone would contact me between 12-3 once they had a more definitive time which they did. The technician (Joseph K) came out, diagnosed problem and gave me a quote. I had him do the work which was done exactly as he told me it would and fixed my problem. He left the work area spotless which I was very happy with. He proceeded to give me a receipt by email after receipt of payment. Justin was professional, knowledgeable and patient as he walked me through the options, each step and what he was doing.
