Awful customer service, it was a complete waste of time. I can only imagine how they’re to deal with warranty if they give you the run around about purchasing.

Wife explained it below, Sales people I dealt with were great. Owner/Manager well that’s another story. Do yourself a favour there’s much better dealerships out there and avoid Western RV GP and Airdrie. Glad they showed true colours before buying. And now after looking through the reviews. Every bad review is met with a sarcastic or snide comment blaming the purchaser, seems legit right?

Recently bought a 2 year old bumper tow travel trailer. Experience was pretty much great from beginning to end; Sales, Finance, and Service walk through was fantastic. Their cleaning was not up to par; Darren, the Sales Manager, came through to address my concerns that was more than I expected. Would rate 6 stars if I could!!

Christine was a Goddess! She not only helped me pick out the right trailer fit for me but even told me to check out the other dealerships in town. Yes I definitely came back and never felt so much at home with her. She taught me all the good and bad things about all the different trailers with no B.S. I will never buy another trailer from anyone else. By the way.... I freaking love my trailer!!!!

Definitely a great team! Between the sales lady (Rebecca) the Manger and the guy out on the lot that showed us everything we need to know about our trailer all did an amazing job. We had to drive 5 hours to pick it up on short notice and everyone was able to be there to help us. The finance lady Bonnie even came in on her day off to help us. We just picked it up today so unsure how the follow ups will be but so far there was no b.s and positive review for everyone we had a pleasure of dealing with!! 10 outa 10 for sure!

We bought our first camper today from Western RV. I highly recommend going to see Christine. She was very welcoming , friendly and went above and beyond for us. Seeing her show up, on her day off ,to see us pick up our camper just goes to show the person she is. Friendly staff all around.

Nice people to deal with and we're quick to fix an issue we had on our new trailer, but the PDI inspection was a joke. That wasn't done properly, the lights were wired wrong from factory, the trailer wasn't cleaned, they did fill the propane tanks but only put a little bit of fuel in the fuel cell even though the PDI said fuel which to me means fueled up. Definitely wasn't worth the $496 and the follow up work for warranty is a joke

We had THE best experience taking our trailer to these guys! We had an issue with our slide and had a run around with it elsewhere. Western RV was great to deal with, their communication was great - they kept us in the loop continually as to what was happening and there were no surprise charges as they let us know what we were looking at before they started. We had a few minor things to fix that they also did while it was there. This will definitely be our go to place and where we recommend people go!
