I love coming to class with Leiga. She has taught me so much about yoga and has really brought my practice to the next level. She knows exactly when to push me to go deeper into the pose. I also really enjoy the meditation classes at the beginning of the month. It’s a great way to start the month and a good reminder to slow down and breathe.

I took my 200 hour teacher training from Ligia at Dharma Yoga and Wellness. She was great, fun, professional. Helped me progress greatly as a yogi. Would strongly recommend for anyone from beginners, to teachers who are looking to expand their knowledge.

Ligia provided professional and high quality training for Level 200 Training in Yoga. I feel well prepared to start teaching a yoga class of my own. Ligia also includes yoga philosophy, alignment of poses, and study of anatomy. Ligia continues to mentor even after training is complete. I thoroughly enjoyed this learning experience. I benefited in mind, body, and spirit. If you are considering yoga teacher training, I highly recommend Ligia. Also taking Ligia’s classes is an enjoyable and beneficial experience.
