Came twice under a week to get my prescription...first time they say we dnt fill fixed prescriptions unless u call and request ...came back 4 days later and they say ohh give us 15mins..after I asked why she says not filled I said you had 4 days to fill it...then the one lady goes ohh if u dnt pick up withing a week we put it back all lies..make me wait again 15mins and its still not ready..you stand in line waiting no one comes and helps you..worst Customer service!

The people are helpful but they literally never pickup the phone and the automated directory is so quiet you can barely hear it, even when you call on speaker. It's really frustrating and if I didn't literally have to go here, I would avoid it entirely. The hold music is good though.

Wow. Yep, the majority of these reviews are correct. If you need antibiotics to save your life, forget it, go somewhere else. Doctor faxed in the morning, thought I'd give ample time and 6 hours later, told to wait 45 minutes. Really? no star!!

No one answers the phone. Walk all the way thereto get a prescription that was faxed they say not ready, call the store in a few hours, tries calling for hours only to go through the same automated prompts to be hung up on after waiting for 20 mins. Go walk back to store and get told, you should have called first.

Terrible service. This is the second time they screwed up!!! My husband gave them insurance card to cover the cost for medication. The old lady apparently kept it in-front of her her but still charged for the full price. I will be changing the pharmacy for sure going forward as they will not change their ways. All bunch of east Indian ladies who do not know proper english are working there and have no idea on how to talk to people. Please stay home if you don’t want to work properly!!!

Waiting patiently on the line...impossible to get thru. No point in having a recording that pretends the customer has a chance of getting thru when in reality you won't.Just keeps looping.Terrible customer service.

Complete garbage, no one picks up the phone, no point in sending a fax no one will get to it. The best part is that they don’t care. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I will give this pharmacy a rating of ZERO because every time I come here to pick up my prescription it’s not ready and also some of the workers don’t know anything. Basically I would like to take my business to another pharmacy where the workers are nice and knowledgeable.

this place is beyond a joke. i only come here as my work benefits has a deal with them so we dont have to pay any dispensing fees. with that said there hasnt been a single time where they dont screw up my order. theres always a wait/lineup when placing an order so the person just asks what you want and says to come back and you dont see her enter the info into the computer. when you go to pick up its wrong. the manager(s) never take any accountability for any or it.
