Unofficially my go to place for Pizza in Woodbridge, I’ve picked up orders from this location several times now. Today, I came in with my kids and ordered a large pick up special, we waited about twenty-five minuets for a hot and fresh pizza. Pizza Nova however does come with premium prices, as it’s usually a little more expensive then some other brands. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like the management at this location changed? None the less the staff I interacted with today was nice. I would like to say though, that the washrooms if possible should be checked often, as to provide a clean washroom for customers use

The service was quick , there was a wide selection of slices.I loved they so many toppings, on the slices. Not all pizza nova's are this generous, especially in Brampton.It's worth making the trip.

Worst experience ever! I ordered my pizza at 7.15 pm. I called at 8 pm to know if the order was confirmed and they said yes, it’s in process. 8.45 no pizza yet. I called again and the lady said that the order was not received and so I had to wait other 40 minutes. I ended up eating my pizza after 2 hours I originally ordered.Will never order form this location again.

EXTREMELY Horrible service. They missed up my order and asked me to call head office. They didn’t give me my drinks for the family delux order. The staff don’t really care and they are very condescending.The head office puts you on hold and the operator is rude and not accommodating. They will blame the client.

we come here quite often and the pizza is usually very good! however was disappointed yesterday. The whole pizza was supposed to have tomatoes. and not sure what happened? did you run out? as you can see, why is there only 1.5 tomatoes on 1 side of the pizza???

Used to be a great place to grab a quick pizza. Lately they are not accommodating at all. Not even for a simple request to leave a few slices with just cheese for a child. I will be finding a new pizza place that don't have an issue with keeping their customers happy.
