Steve From Benmiller Construction responded quickly to my request to check the foundation in my cottage and to determine the upgraded insulation needed for our renovation. He and his team adjusted to our schedule and completed the work on time and on budget. They recommended installing a quality dehumidifier in our crawl space which greatly improved the air quality throughout our home. The spray foam insulation they added in both our crawl space and outside walls has helped with heat loss tremendously. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Benmiller construction did a total renovation on my basement in 2016. Recently the sump pump stopped working on New Year’s Eve when it was raining. I called Steve and he offered to deliver replacement parts that night which fixed the pump. Steve went above and beyond! I can’t thank him enough.

Steve initially offered a solution to a drainage concern we had at our home over a year ago. He replaced the existing sump pumps with a Pit Boss sump pump system and a separate drain line. This has worked extremely well especially with the heavy rains and snow melt we've experienced over the past week. Steve has done work on our house for the past 15 years.Most recently was to complete waterproofing the basement. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work, impressed with the clean up, and professionalism of the crew. We recently purchased an older cottage requiring much needed work. Benmiller Contracting came to our rescue by installing the necessary insulation in the crawl spaces and repairing a full side of the cottage that had experienced water damage. Already we can feel the results as our cottage is now cozy and warm! Our last project was the installation of French Drains on the property to assist with water drainage. Benmiller Contracting has provided excellent quality work each and every time. We are looking to replacing our roof in the Spring which will also be installed by Benmiller Contracting. Had the pleasure of Steve taking a look at my attic insulation. He not only found issues with the original insulation, but he also found parts of the attic without insulation (which explain the condensation issues in parts of my ceiling) and how there was not enough baffles for proper air flow in the attic… all in one visit. A week later, his team came back and installed double the amount of baffles and tons of insulation to surpass any code requirements, all within his original quote. His team was professional, fast, and clean. Steve was honest, straightforward, and very knowledgeable about what to expect with the new insulation. My gas bill has been almost cut in half, and my family are more comfortable with the heat in the house than we ever were! Thank you Steve and your team for your work!

2 years ago we renovated an 1897 one room schoolhouse. Benmiller Construction recommended insulating with sprayfoam, and we're so glad we had them do the work.
