We have used Cadillacs Roofing twice this year, once for an extension that was built and once for replacing the entire roof of the house.Brian, was so good in helping us make choices of colours and quality of tiles and was always available for questions and responded promptly with emails andsuggestions.The crew led by Marcelo were conscientious, worked well as a team, and were very professional. Clean up was excellent.We would recommend Cadillacs Roofing to anyone.

I found Brian and the Cadillac team on Directorii.com (a website of credible Roofers started by a Roofing professional). When I first spoke with Brian, I got the impression that he was someone forthright and trustworthy. Having done a lot of research myself, I asked a series of questions and Brian answered them all to satisfaction. When it came time to provide a quote, I was happy to find it itemized and with a few options regarding what products he would use as well as the brand names (for easy Googling). Brian was fantastic in walking me through the process of what the day would look like and answering all my questions (there were many) no matter how insignificant.The Cadillac team themselves were on time and professional. Roofing is backbreaking work and my roof wasn’t an easy job (very old house) but they handled everything extremely professionally and worked with my neighbours to ensure that they weren’t too inconvenienced. Clean-up was thorough and involved parts of my neighbours plots where debris had fallen on their land.Overall, I am a very satisfied customer of Cadillac Roofing and would not hesitate to recommend them. Their communication and customer service are excellent and gave me great piece of mind. By their own admission, they’re not the cheapest option, but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for and your roof is not something you want to skimp out on.

Cadillac Roofing is a trustworthy, reliable company - I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!I had the best experience with this company - Brian arrived within the hour, as promised, to give me an estimate. The shingles on the SW corner of our roof had to be replaced. The price was right and the work done to our complete satisfaction, in a timely manner!The worksite was left clean and tidy, we have no complaints whatsoever. I had a great experience with Cadillacs Roofing. Brian was very knowledgeable. He educated us on all the material they would be installing and showed us samples of all of it. Brian checked out ventilation to see if we had adequate intake and exhaust venting on our roof. Some of the other contractors we met with did not show us which material they would be using or educating us about how different components of the roof work and how important ventilation is. We are really happy we went with Cadillacs Roofing.
