Store owner was busy when we walked in but he greeted us regardless. Varieties are not as great as many other stores tho.

I had requested to have vinyl floors which I had purchased from Home Depot. Called this company where 2 installers (Ivan He and Ping Zhang) arrived as scheduled. They are the hardest working people we have ever seen! They were extremely professional, methodical and very clean! They even protected all our furniture and belongings that they had to maneuver to complete the instal. In addition, the installation was moderately priced. Will definitely recommend this company to others. Glad I didn't do it myself and paid them to do it. Great job!

The best hardwood flooring company. They deserve my 5 stars.First of all, I love all staffs at Mei ya, they are passionate about their work, have great professionalism, responsible, finish their work as promised and friendly.I've done my floors with them twice and the result is always satisfying.

Great Service when you walk in. After you make the purchase, Helena herself is irresponsible. Her hardwood isn't up to measurements as She says it's 3/4. After purchasing turns out it's actually a bit off. She tries to turn things around by saying the product I chose is like that. So why didn't you mention it before I make the purchase? I made my base floor just to level things with hardwood...Then you realize the material doesn't seem so Canadian standard. The wood is very soft and can easily be warped.Horrible

Service wasn't friendly. Didn't seem like they cared about my business. Didn't feel comfortable being in there. Prices seemed low. They do installation, but you wouldn't know unless you ask.
