Customer service is very bad, I was helped by Joe both times and both times I felt as if he didn’t want me there or that he hated his job. He didn’t want to help me and would answer anything I asked rudely and to the point; making zero effort to help me find a solution to my problem. He either needs customer service training, or if this is his personality, they need to keep him in the back. I have had much better service at Car Quest down the street in the past. Won’t ever recommend this place.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer they were serving people on the phone with the lineup out the door and one guy didn’t help anybody and then when he was asked to help somebody he went to the back and then come back for 20 minutes

Negative experience with your customer service team (parts). I was put on hold for more than 40 mins. 7 times different staff attended my call and put me on hold just saying “one minute please” Why do they come for work if don’t want to do a proper job???? You should learn from other companies/shop…. Just a waste talking to your staff.Unfortunately there is no option for a Zero rating,,,u don’t deserve even 1 rating.
