Ordered 3 shirts here recently and the service was very unprofessional. When I went for my fitting, the had doubled booked my appointment, and had one person trying to take care of three groups. I was told to try my shirts on in the lobby outside their office. The sleeve lengths for the shirts were not the same, with one being noticeably longer than the other 2. Employee insisted it was fine, I asked to at least take a look at it in a mirror but was told it was unavailable because of the other bookings.When I got home and tried it in front of a mirror, I confirmed it did not look fine as the sleeves were bunching with my arms extended, actually looked ridiculous. Will have to take it to another tailor to adjust as I don't trust them to do the job correctly.This place is not worth your time, and will not respect your time.

Horrible experience. The suit had really bad fit.The entire job was very sloppy. Pants were more tight than leggings. After multiple alterations the entire suit turned out even worse, with oversized arm holes.Tie was dirty with visible spots.Pants have stitching on them that sticks out like an eyesore.Wish I read the reviews before buying the GroupOn.Of the rack, cheap suits will fit and look better than what Peter gives back as a product.

This company is a joke and here's why:1. My cousin is getting married in 4 days and after many delays, mishaps and alterations, he still did not receive a suit that fits him. Now he must resort to another tailor and pay an additional $385 out of pocket for alterations.2. I had to pick up one of the groomsmen suits at their Markham location and was told it would be there. Upon arrival and after 20 mins of waiting, I was told the suit wont arrive until the end of the day and to come back either later or tomorrow.Do yourself a favour and find a reliable spot that actually cares about your time and money.

Great fit, great quality and great value. Have bought over 40 shirts, 5 jackets and 3 suits from here... stuffed in suitcases, worn extensively... everything continues to hold together. Great choice as well.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. It was almost impossible to reach them, they screen your calls and they dismiss any inquires you have. I ordered a tux that came in 1 year later and it did not include the bow tie that was ordered. That took another year to come in. When it did come in it was a completely different color than I ordered. They refused to fix the problem and hung up in my face. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS

Purchased two years back and service was alot better. This time I booked an appt at 2 and had to wait as they overbooked. I dont know why they would give away my timeslot when I booked it well in advance. I had to be somewhere by 3pm and it resulted in a penalty as I didn't make it there on time. So disappointed - I wont buy from them again...

Just picked up six shirts from Markham location and fit is amazing and service is also fantastic! Highly recommended! Will re-update when I purchase a suit.

If you need custom suits or need anything to get altered please do not go here. It will save you a lot of time and disappointment. It’s not a coincidence that the four newest reviews all gave this company a 1 star rating.So we ordered and paid Peter Parvez in early July to get 4 customs fit suits and 1 vest for a wedding on Sept 27. As they were measuring us, it felt really rushed but they assured us that they know what they are doing.After they took these measurements, we lost basically all contact with them. They would not answer our phone calls or emails. We had to book appointments to actually get in contact with them and figure out when we would be getting our suits.It took until the middle of August to actually try on these suits, as they lost the groom’s suit in transit. This was really unprofessional and pushed the timeline back. Once the groom tried the suit on, it was extremely big on him. The vest he ordered was also the wrong colour.We are now three days before the wedding and the groom does not have a fitted suit for his own wedding. He also has not received his vest as of yet. We do not trust Peter Parvez to alter the suit so we went to another tailor who was shook that a custom tailor shop would give a suit that was not even close to the person’s body shape. We are paying an additional $400 for alterations from this other tailor to fix all that is wrong with the suit.Weddings are stressful. Peter Parvez has made it a 100 times more stressful.

DO NOT GO HERE - Unless you want to be robbed by nearly $700, don't bother. I ordered a suit and shirt back in June/July. Numerous back and forth with delays, excuses, never called back, wrong suits, wrong sizes, incorrect measurements, etc... currently only received the suit jacket (today) and still waiting for the rest. Definitely not custom made. You'll get a better suit for half the price at The Bay or any other place. Many broken promises to deliver the suit before a few events I had and they missed them all. Ended up having to rent a suit last minute for the events. Their customer service suck. Never offered anything to make up for all their errors and delays, just pretty much said too bad"."

If you want a good custom shirt, go to sirmesur or empire customs1) Horrible customer service: From start to finish, it has been nothing short of terrible. When I went in for measurements and to pick out a shirt, the guy was done with me in 15 minutes. I was rushed through the whole process. Rather than ask me what I wanted customized, such as collar style, back style, sleeve style, buttons.. A LOT OF ASSUMPTIONS WERE made, I feel like i could have gotten a similar shirt at H&M. I went to sirmesur and they spent an hour just explaining everything that could be customized, the service level was on a whole another level. The whole time I was at peter parvez, I felt like i was pressured to make decisions quickly.2) Follow up: I was notified that i could pick up my shirts, so i booked an appointment online. They contacted me via email and said that the office is closed and that they could ship the shirts to me. I agreed and never heard back from them even though i followed up multiple times (that was almost 2 weeks ago).WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO SAVE $20 - $30 bucks. TERRIBLE SERVICE and Sub par quality customs.
