Michelle was the lady who served us, she was very patient and understanding to all our needs, took her time to make everything right, smiling all the time, food was great, I don’t need to market five guys, but this new place in laval, is on a different level , CLEAN, QUICK to prep the food, toilets are clean, regardless it’s very snowy , in the middle of the winter in laval and in a construction zone. I highly suggest giving them a try, you won’t regret it. Michelle, thank you for being you! I hope you get what you deserve from the people you report to.

Ordered with skip and the tamper proof sticker was off . I don’t know if it was the driver or five guys but they have to be more careful and make sure that seal is properly installed. These drivers are weird sometims…

Bacon cheeseburger is the move . Delicious juicy burger . Fries reminded me of Harvey's fries . Really good . A bit on the pricey side . Would recommend if you want something better than your average fast food . 8.8/10

Ordered 4 sandwiches with bacon, they forgot bacon in all 4. We realized at the end so they remade 2 with bacon... Fries is way way way too salty, my tongue felt weird there was so much salt.I told the fries guy to reduce the salt, he said he can't because it's the policy to a sprinkle of salt... But he wasn't adding a sprinkle, it was pouring like one of those glass sugar container for coffee..

It is by far the best fast food burger I've ever eaten! I have to admit it is abit pricy, but the quality of the ingredients definetly makes up for it. Would recommend!

I ordered through Uber eats and my food was late 1hour and 55 minutes, I’m writing this and after all this time my food is not even here yet, if you guys can’t manage a rush please turn off your tablets and don’t take any deliveries, don’t give me reasons that you’re short staffed or whatever, just close the tablets and don’t take orders don’t be greedy.. it’s very simple apologize and say we can’t deliver to you right now as simple as that.
