Terrible service anf wood. We had bought hardwood for our home- the wood is so bad we have gaps everywhere in our house. The store said they would come and take a look at it and they never came around to doing it. Now it's been over an year and the gaps are getting worse. The contractor says it's not the labour but rather the wood.

I had a pleasant experience doing business with Amazon. They gave me a great price on 750 sqft of engineered hardwood. Installation was done right and on time. And the best part was they covered their shoes when walking around my condo and cleaned up properly after completing the job. That is hard to see in this or any type of renovation job.

Please be VERY careful. They charge you for one product, but deliver you something that you did not order instead. Once you discover it, you will be treated disrespectfully. Dirty tricks are used to avoid paying you a refund.

We went to Markham store for some hardwood. This is the first time for us to buy hardwood. Since we did not know anything about hardwood. Asian sales person had us to look around first for a while. Then he gave us recommendation according to the ones we showed him. He made a very easy and effective way for us to make our decision in short time and we got the right hardwood on very good price. WARNING. BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC USED. So I got a quote on a particular product on October 30. On November 3 I returned to purchase the product that was quoted. They told me that I didn't know wood and didn't know what product I really needed and tried to sell me several different options. When I insisted on purchasing the product I was quoted, they told me that the price has increased 15%. Really..... It was only 4 days since I got the quote. I've been dealing with wood flooring since 1989 and white oak and red oak are different products. BUYER BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC.

As a contractor I purchase laminate and hardwood from many places.Since my customer had a specific color in her mind, I managed to find it in Amazon Hardwood Centre.In general my experience was good. My sales gentleman was Bill. He was helpful and patient to work with me finding what I was looking for. After purchase, went back in later (15min later) to change something on my order and again he was polite, understanding, and accommodating.The stuff was delivered on time to my job site as well.Great place with good selection and reasonable prices.
