Has all the water activities for the whole family. From waves to wading, steam, sauna, showers, lane swim, aquafit classes and tons of parking. If you wanna skip the screaming mooglers (kids) go early, 7 or 8am or after 7pm.Hot tub is now repaired and up for soakin yer bones.

Love taking the kids here. Wish they could fix the lockers, broken showers etc. Lots of the water features no longer work.

Horrific client services. Im surprised at all the people that say that the staff are wonderful here ? Really ? Your bar may is set too low ? Typical government operational facility- they don’t know who pays their bills and pay checks! WE DO OF COURSE ! Institutional feel . Client services are minimal from receptionist to staff- no one smiles or even greets you . How about a smile from the purse lipped guards and staff? Would it kill them? Way underwhelming! Pool is showing severe wear now - lack of care and maintenance, they could care less , so long as a tax payers funded pay check comes every week . Hours are NOT SUITABLE- for most clients, it should be open from 6-9 pm daily …. Like most public paid for facilities. I gather they have poor planning and leadership the 'insiders' say… It's evident . They will never change sadly. Real “equity” charged Environment too! I’d rather go to the dentist, frankly . WATCH OUT FOR FAKE REVIEWS - Flunky insiders have been writing their own reviews here I am told at the pool . Not surprised. It used to be 1 star !

This is a great aquatic centre in Courtenay. There is a cold and warm pool, a great hot tub and water slides. Great fun for the entire family! There is also lots of free parking available right beside the facility. This facility is easily accessible from all parts of Courtenay.

Great Center with lots of facilities.Nice lan swimming , open public pool , sauna , steam room and hot tub .Small gym room too.

The kids had a good time. They were a bit itchy after their swim. They rinsed off immediately after getting out of the pool and showered at home. Then they were fine. But they did notice the levels of chlorine.

Awesome pool, we are lucky to have such a place in a small community.Wave pool, water slides, children's play area as well as lap pools, sauna, steam room and hot tub.
